Each PCAA baseball division has established rules and procedures that we believe are developmentally appropriate and aligned to the varying experience levels present. 

Current gameplay rules & procedures are linked below for ease of access. For any scenarios that may be encountered in-game that are not explicitly covered in the rulebook below, coaches are encouraged to gather with the umpire and calmly discuss the correct course of action. The decision of the umpire will be considered final.
